To submit requests for accessible information and complaints (Article 12 of Royal Decree 1112/2017 of 7 September), you must access “Contenidos accesibles” and follow the option “Solicitar información accesible o hacer una queja”.
Any natural or legal person may file complaints regarding compliance with the requirements of Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September, and may request information relating to content that is excluded from the scope of this regulation. Requests and complaints are registered in accordance with the requirements established by Law 39/2015 of 1 October on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
Enforcement procedure
The enforcement procedure set out in Article 13 of Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September can be initiated under “Contenidos accesibles” through the option “Reclamar una solicitud”.
If, after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been rejected, you disagree with the decision taken, or the response does not meet the requirements of Article 15.2 of Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September, you may lodge a claim in order to:
Learn about and object to the reasons for the rejection.
Request that appropriate measures be taken if you do not agree with the decision adopted.
Explain why you believe the response does not meet the required standards.
A claim may also be initiated if 20 working days have elapsed without receiving any response.
The currently visible version of this website is from December 2025, and at that time a review of the accessibility level applicable at that moment was carried out.
From that date onward, partial reviews of new or modified web content are performed, including templates, pages, and final published documents, to ensure compliance with the accessibility requirements of EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03).
Among other measures, the following are adopted to facilitate accessibility:
