Carolina Guardiet López

A specialist in Family Law, Real Estate, Procedural as well as Banking and Financial Law, Carolina provides legal and procedural advice to various banking entities, such as Caixabank (La Caixa), Catalunya Bank, Banesto, etc., currently being external counsel to the entity “Caixabank, S.A.”

With a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona and a member of the Law Society of Barcelona since 1997, she holds a postgraduate degree in Family Law at the University of Barcelona and is a member of the Body of Attorneys to the Ecclesiastical Tribunal of Barcelona since 2005.
